This month's KCG Motorsports Angeles Crest Canyon Cruise was one for the books.
With over 50 cars in attendance, enthusiasts from all over Southern California came together to enjoy one of the most iconic driving roads in the state. From clean daily drivers to fully built weekend warriors, the turnout was incredible and showcased the diversity of the Subaru community and beyond.
One of the highlights of the cruise was seeing so many different generations of WRX and STI models together. We had a strong showing of classic GC chassis cars, plenty of GDs, and no shortage of VA chassis WRXs and STIs. Every car brought something unique to the event, and it was awesome seeing owners share stories, compare builds, and connect with fellow enthusiasts who share the same passion.
The weather couldn't have been better. Clear skies, comfortable temperatures, and perfect driving conditions made for an unforgettable day in the mountains. Whether you were carving through the canyon roads or hanging out at the stops talking cars, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Events like these remind us why we started KCG Motorsports in the first place. It's about more than just parts and performance, it's about bringing enthusiasts together and building a community where everyone is welcome regardless of what they drive or where they come from.
We want to thank everyone who came out, drove responsibly, and helped make this cruise such a success. Seeing so many familiar faces along with new members of the community is what keeps these events growing month after month.
We're already looking forward to next month's cruise and can't wait to see an even bigger turnout. If you missed this one, don't worry, there will be plenty more opportunities to join us.
Until next time, keep the shiny side up and we'll see you on the next KCG Motorsports cruise.
