Shipping Policy

At KCG Motorsports LLC, we prioritize fast and efficient shipping to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

We have access to a large network of distribution centers across the United States, including over 10 strategically located warehouses, as well as a distribution center in Canada. This allows us to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently.

Many of our products ship directly from our partner warehouses using drop-shipping methods. We only utilize drop shipping for items that are in stock and ready to ship.

Local customers in Southern California may contact us regarding same-day pickup options or local fulfillment when available.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Most in-stock items ship the same business day or next business day.

Typical delivery times are 3–4 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

KCG Motorsports LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control.


Special Order / International Products

Certain specialty products such as Bride seats imported from Japan may require extended lead times.

These products may take 3–6 months to fulfill unless they are already in stock.

Customers will be notified if extended lead times apply to their order.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using major carriers including:

UPS
FedEx
USPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on the warehouse fulfilling the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, KCG Motorsports LLC is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

KCG Motorsports LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.


Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment, the order may be subject to:

• return shipping charges
• restocking fees as outlined in our Refund Policy


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email when available.
