At KCG Motorsports LLC, we strive to provide high-quality aftermarket performance parts and accessories. Due to the nature of automotive performance products, please carefully review the following return and refund policies before making a purchase.
By purchasing from KCG Motorsports LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in original packaging
• Include all original hardware, documentation, and accessories
• Be in new and resellable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Installed or Used Parts (Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts, any item that has been installed, mounted, wired, bolted on, modified, test-fitted, or used in any way is not eligible for return or refund.
Examples include but are not limited to:
• parts showing installation marks
• removed protective film or packaging
• missing hardware or accessories
• items modified or altered in any way
Once installation has been attempted, the item can no longer be sold as new and is therefore considered final sale.
Restocking Fees
Returns that are approved for reasons other than damage or defect (such as ordering the wrong item or change of mind) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• clear photos of the product
• photos of the packaging
• photos of the shipping label
This information is required to file claims with the shipping carrier. Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• installed or used parts
• special order or custom products
• clearance or final sale items
• electrical components once opened or installed
• items returned without original packaging or hardware
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility and fitment before purchasing.
Vehicle modifications, trim levels, and production differences may affect compatibility. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us prior to ordering.
Returns due to ordering the incorrect item may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Professional Installation Recommended
Many aftermarket performance parts require specialized knowledge and tools for proper installation.
Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended.
KCG Motorsports LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or lack of professional installation.
Motorsports / Off-Road Use Disclaimer
Many aftermarket performance parts are designed for off-road or motorsports use only and may not comply with local, state, or federal vehicle regulations.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations before installing or using any product.
KCG Motorsports LLC is not responsible for any legal issues, fines, or penalties resulting from product use.
Limitation of Liability
KCG Motorsports LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use any product sold through our store.
This includes but is not limited to:
• vehicle damage
• personal injury
• loss of vehicle use
• labor costs
• installation costs
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return has been approved.
