The APR Brake Cooling Ducts are aerodynamically optimized to “funnel in” large volumes of air. Utilizing the Venturi effect, as vehicle speed increases, air entering the larger frontal section is accelerated and pressurized as it passes through the smaller pipe section of the duct. When paired with appropriate high-temperature air duct hoses (not included – available from racing supply retailers), these ducts efficiently channel fresh air to cool red-hot brake rotors lap after lap on the track.

Excessive heat can cause expensive damage to critical components such as the engine bay, radiators, brakes, transmissions, and differentials. APR Air Ducts help direct cooling air to areas that need it most. Built from pre-preg carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP), these ducts offer superior strength-to-weight performance, adding both function and “lightness” where it counts.
