1. All participants must hold a valid driver's license and maintain current vehicle registration and insurance.
2. All vehicles must be in safe operating condition before participating.
3. Drivers are expected to obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws throughout the event.
4. Reckless driving, excessive speeding, street racing, burnouts, drifting, or any dangerous behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
5. Respect other participants, the public, businesses, and the communities we travel through.
6. Follow directions provided by KCG Motorsports staff and event organizers.
7. Drive within your own skill level and maintain a safe following distance at all times.
8. Participants are responsible for their own fuel, tolls, food, lodging (if applicable), and vehicle maintenance.
9. Alcohol or drug use before or during the event is strictly prohibited.
10. KCG Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time for behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Participation in any KCG Motorsports Rally Series event is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. KCG Motorsports LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, death, accident, theft, vehicle damage, property damage, mechanical failure, traffic citations, or other losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants assume full responsibility for their own actions, vehicle operation, and compliance with all applicable laws. Registration does not create a guide, escort, or controlled driving event. These events take place on public roads that remain open to normal traffic.

By participating, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event and grant KCG Motorsports permission to use images or video containing your vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

By registering for this event, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have read and agree to the Official Rules and Legal Information.
• You understand participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for your vehicle, passengers, and personal belongings.
• You will operate your vehicle safely and lawfully throughout the event.
• KCG Motorsports may modify routes, schedules, meeting locations, or cancel the event due to weather, road closures, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• KCG Motorsports reserves the right to deny or remove any participant whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, enjoyment, or reputation of the event.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS.

By registering for and participating in this KCG Motorsports LLC event ("Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation in the Event is entirely voluntary. I understand that driving on public roads involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle collisions, mechanical failures, weather conditions, road hazards, the actions of other motorists, personal injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, theft, and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Event, whether known or unknown.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless KCG Motorsports LLC, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, affiliates, event organizers, venues, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, attorney's fees, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in the Event, including travel to and from the Event.
4. I understand that the Event takes place on public roads and is not a race, speed contest, or closed-course driving event. I agree to obey all federal, state, and local laws, traffic regulations, posted speed limits, and law enforcement instructions.
5. I am solely responsible for my own driving, passengers, vehicle, personal property, and decisions made during the Event. KCG Motorsports LLC does not supervise or control my operation of a motor vehicle.
6. I certify that I possess a valid driver's license, maintain legally required automobile insurance, and that my vehicle is properly registered and in safe operating condition.
7. I understand that KCG Motorsports LLC may remove any participant from the Event for unsafe, illegal, reckless, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund or further obligation.
8. I grant KCG Motorsports LLC permission to photograph and record the Event and to use my likeness, name, vehicle, and any photographs or video for promotional, editorial, or marketing purposes without compensation.
9. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. By submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Liability Waiver & Release, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms.
