The APR Performance GTC-300 Adjustable Wing is a high-performance aerodynamic component engineered to optimize rear-end balance for motorsports and track-focused vehicles. Designed for efficient downforce generation with minimal drag, the GTC-300 enhances cornering grip, braking stability, and high-speed control.

Technical Features

1. CFD-Optimized Airfoil Design

The GTC-300 airfoil profile is developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to maximize downforce while minimizing drag. Its cambered design creates an effective pressure differential across the wing surfaces, promoting airflow attachment and reducing separation at high speeds for improved rear stability.

2. Fully Adjustable Angle of Attack (0°–15°)

The adjustable angle of attack allows precise tuning of aerodynamic characteristics:

• Higher angles: Increased downforce for improved braking and cornering grip

• Lower angles: Reduced drag for enhanced straight-line speed

This flexibility makes it adaptable to varying track layouts and driving conditions.

3. Aerodynamic Efficiency

The wing is engineered to achieve an impressive 8.8:1 downforce-to-drag ratio, delivering substantial rear grip while maintaining efficient straight-line performance. Ideal for both technical circuits and high-speed tracks.

4. Downforce & Drag Characteristics

• Higher settings increase vertical load on the rear tires, improving traction and cornering performance.

• Lower settings reduce aerodynamic resistance, benefiting acceleration and top-speed capability.

Constructed from pre-preg woven carbon fiber and autoclave-cured in aluminum billet molds, the GTC-300 offers:

6. Adjustable Pedestals & Mounting System

The wing mounts using 10mm aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum risers with angle adjustment capability. This system allows fine-tuning of height and position to optimize airflow and downforce distribution based on ride height and track conditions.

7. Size & Application

As a mid-to-large sized wing, the GTC-300 provides substantial aerodynamic gains without the extreme drag of larger race-only wings. It’s ideal for:
